At this point in his career he is increasingly focused on the following areas of practice;

1. Complex Trauma and PTSD
2. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
3. ADHD

Starting Therapy
Beginning therapy with me is a journey that might feel new, uncomfortable, and different from other forms of talk therapy you may have experienced. My approach, rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, is highly experiential and focuses on directly connecting with and understanding different parts of yourself. This isn’t just about talking, it’s about exploring your inner world in a way that may feel unfamiliar at first but is focused on deeper understanding.
You can’t do anything wrong in our sessions; you can just be yourself, and we’ll work with whatever comes up as it happens. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, understanding that slow is fast and that whatever arises is exactly what’s supposed to come up. While it might feel challenging initially, this direct and immersive approach will help you uncover insights and foster healing that is both profound and practical.
